Great news. Our damages claim against the
MOD has now been settled and at noon today, Friday 13th April 2007, 50026 left
MOD Bicester for the first time since arriving on October 18th,1994 (12.5 years;
150 months; 651 weeks; 4,560 days; 109,440 hours; 6,566,400 minutes; 393,984,000
seconds roughly!).
Heanor transported the loco by road from
the MOD base to RVEL in Derby in just under 4 hours ! Superb crew of Paul &
Barry; true professionals.
