cubicle boards as a before and after look at the Compressor Contactors CC1-CC4
21st December 2003
Work has continued on painting & varnishing the cubicle frame. Although the wiring in the frame in generally in excellent
condition and of the newer grey type we have found that the wiring to the fault
resistors (on top of the cubicle) has been heat damaged resulting in brittle
insulation. We have therefore today, 21st Dec 2003, removed the looms of wiring
relating to the fault resistors for replacement with new wiring. The work will
be undertaken over the coming weeks.
The outside of the cubicle will be finished in Rail Grey
gloss, however the inside of the cubicle is being coated with new anti-tracking
white varnish.
